I had a 28 on my ACT and a 3

Jan 07 2015Economics
I had a 28 on my ACT and a 3.7/4.0 high school GPA and that is probably overqualified for just acceptance. Miami University is a large public school so they will tend to look more at the numbers (test scores, GPA) than extracurriculars so I would focus doing well on both and or one of the above. For example, I know someone that got a 32 on their ACT and a 2.7/4.0 GPA from an average curriculum HS with little to no extracurriculars that was accepted.

Nothing. ABsolutely nothing. I liked my accounting and Macro professors. But other than that, all I got was disappointment.

I subbmitted a portfolio to enter the Fine Arts Degree Program, it wasn't difficult. I would recommend other students to not bother getting in, there are better schools in abundance, there are even worse schools you would have a better overall experience at. Oxford is a joke, and a poor excuse for a University.

As long as you have better than average (but not like, Harvard worthy) grades and a solid ACT score, you should be ok.
