| | Do lots of extracurriculars and have basically a 3.5 or better. Apply honors admission. SATs should be around at least 1200...its not too hard, don't sweat it. Well, I would seriously recommend looking elsewhere, but if you are intent on coming here, I'd recommend doing an overnight or day visit to the college and community. See if this school is right for you before committing. I didn't and I transferred out.
Also, getting in here is not that hard. A 3.0 GPA (Male) is desired or (3.5) if you are a female, assuming that you have some extracurriculars and community service. Don't worry about AP courses, they don't matter as much nor does the SAT as they accept a wide variety of scores.
Most importantly, though, make sure you like the school before committing. It may or may not be right for based on your academic pursuits or your social interests.
I was a transfer student, but I had a 3.6 and a lot of activities. Getting in as a freshman is pretty difficult.
