Murray State University - How to Get into Undergraduate MYSU
</a>
MYSU says: "Minimum
ACT composite of 18; top half of graduating class; completed
high school pre-college curriculum; minimum of 2.00 GPA on transfer
credit "
Take the ACT and SAT. Your ACT matters a lot to Murray State and the scores pretty much determine what gen ed courses you'll be taking your first semester as a freshman. It's fairly easy to get in to MSU. I applied here as a safety school (I got in to 10 universities, some of them EXTREMELY well-known and idolized) but I fell in love with this place when I visited so this is home now, no regrets.
ACT standard is workable...any sub score ( English, Math, Reading Science) under the value of 18 results in level 099 classes which are to be taken conditionally to allow a struggling student entrance to the university. For our brighter students and active volunteers there are plentiful amounts of scholarships available, BUT beware and send your scholarship information in ASAP because the funds do get spread around quickly
