Getting in shouldn't be too hard as long as you keep your grades above a B average and do well on the SAT. Make sure you incorporate your individual personality in your entrance essays if possible. Admissions officers want to see your diversity and uniqueness.

Writing a good essay will help to get in. You have to have good grades. Being in extracurriculars helps too.

A good SAT score is definitely a plus. Don't stress over the essay (personal statement) you have to write. I wrote about going to football games.
