If you're going to survive at NMMI there are a few things to keep in mind. 1) It's only NMMI, not the end of the world. Take things seriously, but keep them in perspective: Will it really matter in 10 years if you were yelled at for walking on the grass? 2) Don't fight the system, you can't win. Accept the system, even the things that appear completely STUPID, do well, rise to the top, and THEN make the changes you feel are necessary. 3) Most importantly, you're going to a Military School. Don't be a cry baby and whine to your mommy and daddy that someone punished you because you didn't follow the rules. Take responsibility for your own actions.
