this school worked well with transfer credits, and built the degree around my career goals. I transferred from an area Community College, and they waived out-of-state tuition, and provided me with small scholarships. the best way to get in is to file by January or February so that you can apply for Foundation scholarships. There are several of these that you can apply for, if there is need, there's a good chance of getting at least one.

OPSU accepts anybody, academic ability or not. They have lower standards than any community college I've ever seen.

ACT or SAT, any score. Graduate from high school, pass the GED, or homeschool with records. Apply, sign up for an orientation day, register for classes.
