The application to get into ORU is remarkably easyDec 02 2013Other
The application to get into ORU is remarkably easy; it took me less than an hour to finish the whole application (not including sending in transcripts and scores). The score cutoffs are pretty lenient compared to other schools. If you're not failing out of high school and have average scores, getting in should be no problem.

For those applying for the Honors Fellow scholarship (which I won), it's a little tougher. You need at least a 31 ACT, and there's a bit of writing involved. Interviewing is optional but recommended. I personally didn't interview (I didn't even knew you could...), but I got in with a 35 ACT (a huge blessing!). Put the effort in, and with good scores, writing, and recommendations you should have a shot.

I would recommend ORU for other studentsJul 29 2010English
I would recommend ORU for other students. It really opened my eyes and made me realize who I was in God. I'm a better person as a result of some of the chapel services and good friend influences.

I worked very hard maintaining a high gpa and scrubbed toilets at a motel to get there and I assumed God's spirit was there, but ist's not. The college is corrupt with scandals and money hungry snakes in thier own private scandals. Woe unto you Richard Roberts and Ted Haggard.

My name is Anthony Monteleone and not afraid to state it.
