It's not hard to get into OU, I got a scholarship though to help pay for my tuition. I am an international student from Europe, had a 1770 SAT and wrote some pretty good essays (although I don't think they considered that for the scholarship).
Well, have a acceptable GPA for one, i don't know the min requirement at OU but i went in with a 3.5 and had no problems. Don't worry about your ACT or SAT its not as important as you think. Where it really counts is the interview, play it cool, act professional and really sell yourself and you'll have no problem.
I'm not American student so English is my second language. I came to USA when I was in Junior high school. My GPA was high, but my ACT score was bad. However, I still got accepted from OU. They gave me a chance to continue my education. So I'm showing them that they made a right decision to accept me. So don't give up if you got a low GPA or ACT. Work hard and you will get your goal
