If you want to go to OWU, make sure you get involved in student activities and know your professors. This is true anywhere, but it will definitely make a difference in your experience. And don't forget their study abroad policies are stricter than most schools. If you want to do a program outside of the few you can choose from, be prepared to pay for it out of your pocket and cut through red-tape administration policies.
You can find about all of this from the OWU admissions office but in general it has become very competitive, especially if you seek aid. The admission rate was something like 61 or 62% this year.
OWU seems to get a lot of Individuals who are involved and have stong charachters. I personally got involved in highschool with a few large organizations and took on leadership responsabilites. I think community service as well as leadership postions is important to admissions.
