show a lot of personality, write a GREAT essay, and have good test scores. don't be scared to apply if you didnt have the best high school transcript. I know people who were c students and got in and have succeeded immensly. I went in as a c+ student and first semester right away worked hard to become a b student. I saw a students struggle to pull c's their first semester as well..

Personal interview and visit to campus. Good grades and test scores OR if you don't have a great GPA, you must prove that you have lots of potential and are willing to work hard to do well.
