Pensacola Christian College - How to Get into Undergraduate PCC
</a>
I didn't have to do anything special to get in; I just filled out and turned in the required documents. An ACT score of 25 or higher could help you get a scholarship...I didn't get one because they ran out before I applied.
I took the ACT test and don't remember my score (it was in 1993) but it must have been decent. I graduated with honors from a high school that used A Beka curriculum and applied for and received a generous A Beka scholarship. Getting into PCC is relatively easy compared with staying in PCC and graduating. I started in a freshman nursing class of about 300 and graduated in a senior nursing class of about 30. Some attrition was due to social/student life issues, but most was because of the rigorous academics of the nursing program. Be prepared to STUDY!
If you seriously want to go to PCC, then I highly recommend that you focus hard on your studies in high school. General ed classes are tough if you breezed through high school (like me). Get the best ACT or SAT score that you can, and prepare yourself for a slightly militeristic lifestyle for the next 4 years.
