Students must complete the Parsons Challenge along with a portfolio. The instructions are very vague, but that is part of the challenge. Understanding what is required and standing out is difficult, but at the same time I can see why they do it this way since they want to judge creativity. It is also how they determine your merit scholarship, so it should not be ignored. I am pretty sure they let in some less talented people just for the sake of helping fund scholarships and paying for facilities, yet those students are often the most arrogant despite their lack of talent.

Try to be cool and insensitive so you will not be hurt by teachers' feedback on your designs.
This is for Studentsreview.com. How come Fashion Design is not on the list of "Select Your Department or Major"? or I might have missed it?
I submitted a portfolio and had to complete the Parson's Challenge. I thought it was fairly easy to get in because I didn't hear of anyone not getting accepted but who knows.
