Filled out a one page application (front and back) in 15 minutes and cut a $30 check...simple

This is the easiest college app that I filled out. It was one page front and back, no essays, no letters of recommendation, etc. If you are qualified, there is no doubt that you'll get in.

I didn't do anything special to get into Purdue. I filled out the application. My SATs were pretty good, so I think that's what probably did it. Good grades in high school or high SATs will get you into the engineering school, I don't know about other programs.

I had about a 3.8 GPA in New York. I got about 1200-1300 on SAT.

Many alumni in the family helped...good grades in HS and decent ACT score

Well I think I got in because of my application paper or whatever it's called (like it was so long ago). But I think if your planning on applying have a well rounded application have teacher recommendations, a paper, test scores, and the like.

I was accepted everywhere on full rides because I did very well all my academic life. Purdue sucked the intelligence right out of me.

Make sure your GPA and test scores are as high as possible, Purdue is a major "numbers" school for admissions.

I was a transfer student from a community college. I had a 3.11 GPA when I transferred in from out of state. It's a much more attractive school then back then so I would refer to university statistics.
