I didn't do anything special to get into PUNYJan 08 2014Biology
I didn't do anything special to get into PUNY. It was the standard process for most colleges. My grades were excellent and my SAT scores were modest.
IF you are bent on getting into this school, you might need to go the extra mile to set your application apart from those of your peers. The reason is that the merger with NYU is complete, and PUNY no longer technically exists. As of 01/01/2014, PUNY has fully become a part of NYU. In essence, you'll be competing against all of the other students that are applying to NYU. My recommendations to get acceptance aren't any different from what your high school advisors and/or parents are telling you- there are no "tricks" involved in getting accepted.

I had an interesting story, I dont even knowSep 14 2011Computer Engineering
I had an interesting story, I dont even know if I should say this but hey how will they find me. I came in as a transfer student. And around the time the admissions counsler gave me an insentive to enter (you can figure what that was $ ) but I had to leave the last college and be admitted to Poly in a week. Hetic is not the right word to say after I accepted the offer. I meet some great people who were more than helpfull and I meet others who seems to just hate college kids (why are they working there?) After that experience I never looked back.
