2. Fill out the application for admission
3. Had it to the nice lady at the desk 4. Congradulations! You are now a RSC student.
Getting in is simple. enrolling on line and computer access is available. A basic math & verbel placement for highshool grads, adult edication is a "work in the door" and sign up.
