Just be honest about your intentions. Are you here as a healer or for money or both. You will get in if you are commited to the program. And we are short on students. lol
Again, I would recommend taking all western-based science cousework elsewhere. I would also recommend reading a basic book about oriental medical philosophy. You have to have 60 credit hours of cousework at another university before you can apply, and I think it would be beneficial to focus on western science and also, psychology and business classes to prepare you.
