Saddleback was easy to get in to, the nursing program on the other hand was a challenge. Get high grades on your pre-requisites(A's) and do well on the TEAS test. Volunteer if you can to help you once you get in the program (though they do give extra points when applying, so it can help you there as well). Volunteering at a hospital will also help you by giving you an idea if nursing is for you or not, and could possibly save you a lot of time and effort. in short....go volunteer before applying at any nursing program!
Do not come to this college if you need financial aid. The school has the worst financial aid department I have seen. It is week 9 and I still have gotten an award letter much less a check. I depend on the pell for books and it is mid-terms and still no books. I am out. I have already applied elsewhere and will be there for the Summer 2010. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BEWARE!
