Don't go anywhere near Strayer, I wish I did some research on this school before I went there! Computer Science

I applied online. They do ask you for your former school information if you are transferring, and you need to send them a copy of your official transcripts, so be ready for that. That said, they did really work hard to get me into the school. Be ready to work HARD and a lot if you plan to go to Strayer online like I am - you have 11 weeks to do 14 week's worth of classes, and you WILL be writing at least one paper for each class - for my world religions and contemporary international problems classes I just finished I had to write 2 papers for each class, so be ready to read a lot and write a lot (though the longest paper I did was 8 pages not including cover page, references, and abstract), and there are many discussion question postings you have to do as well! Finally, if you do not have a strong and self-disciplined work ethic this type of education is NOT for you and you will be miserable there...just thought you should know. |
