I appliedOct 15 2015Accounting
I applied. The school has a 90% acceptance rate and if you score a 17 on the ACT they'll still take you. People have been bragging about taking 100 level courses as a freshman. I'm taking 200-300 level courses as a freshman and I'm taking 17 credits. It's not a challenging education by any means. My advice is apply, but don't expect much.

It's hit or miss getting into this schoolNov 10 2013Communications
It's hit or miss getting into this school. I got a 21 on my ACT (which they require) i was 2 people away from top 50% and had a gpa .03 points away from "regular admittance" I entered the school on academic probation... however I know people who were admitted into the school with a 19 on the ACT, and who bombed high school. otherwise it's pretty easy to get in here
ACT: 21 Male

Work on your reading and writing skills. Take the ACT at least once.

Get an average ACT score and at least a 2May 03 2013Undecided
Get an average ACT score and at least a 2.5 GPA in high-school. One of the easiest state universities to get into with a 90% acceptance rate.
ACT: 21 Female
I recommend people to study hard in high school,May 16 2012Psychology
I recommend people to study hard in high school, have drive and ambition of what they want to do. Most of the complaints I've noticed was from Art student and undecided students. Think of your future, what you want to do, and then apply to SCSU.
