Put your application in early make sure you include everything that they will need to process your application and follow up don't leave it up to them to finish things call and check on your application see what you need to do to get it done
I am from this area, so I simply came here directly after high school. I think that the best way to get in is to come and see it for yourself, apply, and most likely you will be accepted.
