The school really isn't that difficult to get into. As long as you passed high school with above a 2.0 GPA, you should be fine. I definitely could have gone to a better school than Seton Hall, but the scholarship money was what sold me to attend SHU.

You don't want to come here, you only get one college experience. But if you're looking for no social life, a dead campus on weekends, and you have the money to pay the ridiculously high tuition (I don't know where the hell the money is going, not for our benefit though), then by all means come here. Your SAT scores are important but they look at your essay, high school schedule strength, and high school extracurricular involvement the most.

I would definitely have a diverse resume. SHU does not just look at SAT and GPA, but really tries to enroll an interesting crowd.

Getting in to SHU was just like applying to any other college. In addition to the application itself I had to make sure my transcripts and letters of recomendation were submitted. Since I'm from pretty far away I waited until after I was accepted to take a tour. I also spoke with my admissions director and she helped a lot with the process.
