Just apply - they're desperate for students. Be sure you have a check for $46,000 ready to go ("but don't worry - you'll probably get scholarships and blah blah blah...")

Apply and see what happens. If you have mostly decent grades and test scores, I think you will get in.

Fill out the application to the best of your ability, obiviously. VISIT CAMPUS! This should include an overnight or weekend visit; this is the best indicator of how campus life really is, so don't cheat yourselves. Lastly, simply be open to all possibilities and don't rule anything out before you have really considered whether or not you could be happy in that given situation.

Just like any other university, get involved in extracurriculars and get good grades. This is not a very competitive school by admissions standards, so do well, and you should be fine! If anything, this is a great safety school if you're considering other universities.

Everyone i know got into this place. . . just fill out the forms. Don't worry, they'll take anyone with a checkbook. It's amazing how many really poor students who did badly in high school got into here - and will graduate from here - just fine.
