The best advice I can give anyone thinking about attending SOSU is to make an appointment with Student Support Services and take advantage of all the help they can provide to you. Student Support Services can cut through all of the red tape and help you with enrollment, FAFSA applications each semester, tutoring, scholarship and tuition waivers that are available at SOSU, and continued guidance throughout your college experiences. Student Support Services really made a difference in dealing with every difficult problem I have encountered while attending college.
I came to SOSU with an associate degree from a junior college, and with that I got in-state tuition for the next 2 years. This university is very affordable, and the town has apartments that are very affordable
