Average HS GPA is a 91. They accept people with grades below that and above that. I would say if you are in the 87-95 range, you have a good shot at beign accepted as long as your SAT grades are decent (aim for 1150 / 1600)

The Class of 2013 had an average High School GPA of 91 out of 100. This number is rising every year as the school becomes more and more competitive (accepting only about 39% of applicants). Do well on your SAT/ACT's and you'll have a good shot at getting in!

Easy. They'll reject you if your SATs or GPA is too low (I'm talking extremely low). But if you have something to compensate (tons of extracurriculars or something) then even that won't be a problem.
