Was in a lot of extra-curricular activities in high school, maintained a high GPA. I wasn't really worried about NOT getting into SVC. To get in? Yeah, when people say "join stuff!" and "get good grades!"... do that. I've never done sports in my life (though here at SVC, if you play lacrosse or maybe volleyball, you're in), so a lot of clubs and offices in those clubs helped. SVC doesn't strike me as a college to turn a lot of people away, especially now that they want to have massive freshman classes of doom, so... not a problem.
