I simply followed directions given from advisor's. I would highly recommend start early! Registration process can be overwhelming, especially if you late. Apply early and follow-up,be determined to accomplish your enrollment process, once completed things will go a lot smoother.

To get into Texas Southern University at the time I enrolled was simple. The university had an "Open Door Policy" that allowed students who weren't given an opportunity to enter college for whatever reason. But now we have changed and now have a certain criteria. I would recommend you to check out the school's website at www.tsu.edu/

At the time when I enrolled there was an open door admissions policy. It is my understanding that as of this year that has changed. TSU is a very affordable school and the teachers are knowledgeable (contrary to what people say). If they see you really want to learn they will help you. Take advantage of the opportunities that are available to you and the teachers will support you 100%. Make no excuses and do what is required plus 100% more. If you do this your experience on an academic level will be great. Always keep up with your documentation because they are very bad at misplacing things. Cover your butt and everything will be fine.
