Start VERY early in applying. UALR is notorious among Arkansas schools for losing transcripts and admission applications. It took me three weeks to get registered because they didn't have my transcript in the system, no one knew what happened to it, and the people I had to talk to about it were not in their office for whenever I called. It takes an act of Congress for them to get anything done. Ask around. Other people will tell you the same. Drive the extra 30 miles to UCA.
