Essay (11) | Do all the things everyone has told you that colleges like. In other words, maximize your GPA, SAT/ACT scores, play sports, do extracurricular stuff, etc.  Pretty much 2000 SAT and 3.6+ Unweighed GPA with 4-5 AP/Honors classes. UCSD admissions is more numbers based than the two top UCs. Computer Engineering

Not too difficult, have around 4.0 weighted GPA, few AP classes, decent SAT score. Surprisingly, I didn't have a great GPA and SAT. I'm pretty sure my essay got me in, so if you want to come here and your numbers aren't great, don't lost hope! Your essay can be a savior. |
