The way they market makes it seem like a solid B school, but once you get here, they show you they're a C school. Financial aid package will decline in the 3rd and 4th years so be ready, they know you can't transfer anywhere else and finish on time.

I completed the Ammi-Hyde interview and the early admissions applications. My GPA was a 3.6 and ACT was 26. GPA was "minimum" of the requirements and ACT just a few points over and I didn't have any trouble getting in. Also, after working in the admissions office for two years as a student, I noticed they weigh more heavily on outside activities and accomplishments than having perfect grades, although that helps for aid.

Normal stiff. Interview. Write good essay... But don't waste your time, money or effort. It's a terrible school that I've wanted to leave from the first quartet I had there. And I have no beef with my grades or anything. I have a 3.8 gpa

I interviewed for DU (it used to be required). I think this was very helpful. I was a little below average in terms of grades and test scores, but I think I made up for this with my essay and interview.
