Oh, they do everything possible to get you in and then they don't want to hear from you. I do not recommend students to try to get into this college

To get into the online course, I contacted UIUOct 19 2011Other
To get into the online course, I contacted UIU through their website and filled out the necessary application. While I was filling out my application, I was contacted by an awesome Admissions Advisor, Dawn Novak, who pretty much walked me through the entire process of requesting all of my transcripts throughout my life, which was 18 years. By the time I was accepted, all of my transcripts had been received by admissions and my credit evaluation was completed. Once I received all the transferrable credits, I was given my degree plan and signed up for my first classes. I suggest that if you are straight out of high school, ensure you have taken all of the required tests and have the addresses available so UIU can request formal copies. Same thing goes for transfer of credits. Have the school address and phone numbers.
If you are going to use financial aid, speak to your admissions advisor, who will put you in contact with the financial aid advisor. With that, just have all of your financial information ready to go, especially your last year's tax return. As for why there are so many different advisors, take it this way, each advisor is the subject matter expert for each specific area. It is a great feeling to know that each person you speak to, has a genuine interest in helping you achieve your goals.

Not too hard to get inMay 19 2011Accounting
Not too hard to get in. They work with prospective students with loans and financial aid. I took Stafford loans, not private bank loans. they are working with me on payments.
