Getting in was a breeze. The application took me like 5 minutes to do. There was a short essay, but I just wrote a little stupid paragraph...it really doesn't matter what you put for the essay as long as you've gotten good grades and a good ACT (like 30+).

It's very numeric based. If you can't get your grades to a respectable level in time, the biggest thing you can do is just keep retaking the SAT.

pretty much good grades in high school will get you in.

I would recommend contacting on of the professors I mentioned earlier. If you have adequate test scores, and average to decent grades, you should have no problem.
