I'm a science major and I can't stress enough how important is is to take as much science, math and english in high school as you can. The faculty at UM will work with you, but the responsibility of success is yours. I see too many freshmen students that really shouldn't be in college as they lack study skills, knowledge in the subject matter, and the maturity level needed to be successful in college.

it's very easy to get into just graduate from high school or get your GED and your on your way. The faculty will be more than happy to help you with other requirements needed to attend the university. They even have on site ACT testing. I think the university helps or point you in the right direction for GED testing as well in the adult program.
