I interviewed with the Vice President of Admissions, and it was surprisingly relaxed compared to Tufts and other colleges I interviewed with (where I largely interviewed with Secretaries, etc.). My High School grades were good, as were my SATs. I had no trouble getting into the university. I'm not sue what to advise, by the time someone is reading this they're probably about to apply, so all I can suggest is to try and make a good impression in the interview. Smile, be honest and polite.
My adviser literally said this "If you are from out of state, unless you are retarded, you will be excepted because the school needs out of state tuition." To get in, just make sure you don't have Ds
