This college is easy to get into. Somebody with an ACT score of 17 can get into. However online registry is very very difficult, so be sure if you go here (WHICH YOU SHOULD NOT) to allow plenty of time for online registry.
I initially tried out for the university band, and made it on 75% scholarship. The music department is known as one of the best in the state, known for its big-band sound made from a small group of about 150-170 people. I eventually dropped my contract for the music degree after 2 years, and changed to Sociology due to how I felt about things in my life and where I wanted to be. There are stringent requirements to be accpeted into this small school, all of which you can find on their website. If you ever get a chance to visit the campus, do it. You will be thoroughly impressed.
