Accounting
I was accepted by Princeton, UVA, UNC, Duke, UF, Oxford (England), and the Sorbonne (France), but chose to attend USC because of the Honors College and the International Business program. It was not an easy decision, especially considering that UVA, UNC, and Duke offered me large out-of-state scholarships, but I have never once regretted my decision. USC is attracting more intelligent, well rounded students each year who are consequently raising the average SAT. The school is just getting better and better.

It is getting harder every year. With the completion of the new Innovista campus in a few years, this school should be the most difficult to gain admission in SC. I was instate and a minority and i had an decent SAT and alright GPA (3.5). This school is definitely on the rise.
Chemical Engineering
Work hard... It's worth it.
Computer Science
Our University has become somewhat harder to get into over the past few years. After a couple of record-breaking freshman classes, the number of acceptances has been limited. I would say that focusing on grades and test scores is a good method. Also, make sure you have some good extracurriculars. If you want to get into the honor program you may want to download a version of the application from the honors website to see what they might be looking for before you wait until the last minute to fill it out.
English
I actually am more than willing to help others in getting into USC. I have work experience in the area. Please feel free to contact me for help.
Journalism
This University was one of the quickest in turning around my application. They were very helpful in the process.
