Take the SAT/ACT score decently, and you're in. But to get involved and untilize the USF resources interest and hardwork is all you need.

USF basically accepts anyone. The academics at usf are ok at best. I have come across many professors that dont know what their talking about. In fact, I would bet that I know more about the particular course then they do.

I got in without even sending them my trasnscript.... what does that tell you? they'll except anyone.... i mean just look at the people that go to this school. They couldn't tell themselves apart from a whole in the ground.
