Stout is an extremely easy school to get into. I took the ACT and got a 24 without studying. I applied two weeks before the deadline and got in with no problems. I have heard of people saying Stout is hard to get into, but if you don't get accepted you are probably a horrible person with a low IQ.
I took the ACT and did very well, and was in the top 5% of my class, not that either of those matter at UW-Stout. The ACT is required, just make sure you get above a 24 or whatnot, and have over a 2.0 in high school.
