Have a decent SAT or ACT score. You don't need to be a genius to get in, of course (there are some exceedingly intelligent, but also very dumb, people at Western--sorry) but with an acceptance rate that has ranged from a generous 57% to a more demanding 40% (depending on multiple factors and time), I'd recommend the equivalent of a C+ average on your exams to get in.
