It is super easy to get in to Wheaton now-a-daysApr 28 2017English
It is super easy to get in to Wheaton now-a-days. Wheaton is so desperate to fill up the quota, because the school isn't making enough money, and will take in pretty much any rif raf with a check.
As an international student and a track athlete, IMay 06 2016Political Science
As an international student and a track athlete, I may have had a pull from the track coach. But I scored well on my SAT, 1840, and I held a 3.7 in honors and AP throughout high school. The essay is very important I believe, and PLEASE interview. My interviewer was totally casual, and asked me very personal questions that really shed light on who I was and could be. The interview will make or break your chances.
I did not have spectacular grades in high school,Feb 19 2016Other
I did not have spectacular grades in high school, I did not care anymore; I wanted to go to college and get away from it all. But my essay got me a handwritten comment saying that my reviewer thoroughly enjoyed reading it and that made me ecstatic to have gotten in!!!
Don't be afraid to submit an application for a highly competitive school; they have an excellent sense of judgement of character of the students and choose the best of the best.
Tour the school and have an interview! It isMay 07 2012Anthropology
Tour the school and have an interview! It is so important to see the school before you decide to attend. You have to fit and make sure you and the school are for each other. For accepted students visit campus again, make sure it's what you want. If you can't do that think about what you want in a college and make sure wherever you want to go has most of those qualities! If Wheaton is your choice in the end, congratulations! I will say submit your things early if you can, financial aid things, housing and all that, the sooner the better!
