I was in the top 30% of my class...
Just make sure your brain reflect your grades.... if you know you cheated your entire high school career to get to college then WU is not for you.

All I had to do was fill out an application and pay the application fee. That should tell you something.

I transferred so I simply filled out an application, was accepted, then interviewed with my department for placement and transfer credit. The process of acceptance was very easy, the process of obtaining transfer credits - not so much.
