Getting in is very easy. Their acceptance rate is high, there isn't an essay, and their average SAT scores are low.

Getting in is fairly easy, I had an average around 89% (3.5) in Highschool. You don't have to be too smart to get in. So long as you have a B average and do half decent on your SATs (like 500 in each section) and you'll probably be able to get in.

You need to maintain decent grades throughout high school. You don't need to kill yourself, but you do need to have at least a B average. You either need the grades, or the SAT scores -- it's one or the other. Furthermore, I feel as though York is more likely to accept students who show a true purpose for wanting to go to college and some determination. They accept students who have a direction, and students who know why they want to attend college. If you're a C student with low SAT scores, well... either pick up your grades, or prove in your application why York should accept you.
