Work hard in high school, participate in extracurricular activities, and be the best person that you can be! BYU wants people who love to learn!

I worked my tail off while I was hereMay 02 2016Sociology
I worked my tail off while I was here. Prepare to do the same by establishing good study habits in high school, taking AP and honors courses, and having a goto hobby and/or exercise routine to keep you sane outside of the school grind.

I worked super hard at my competitive high schoolMar 03 2015PreMed and Medical
I worked super hard at my competitive high school to get in. Then found out that just about everyone who wants to can go--if they don't get in at first, they just go to a summer session or to the Salt Lake Center. I know 15 kids who got in this way, some not very bright, not one ended up not getting into BYU.

My advice is you shouldn't aim for Brigham ifNov 04 2014Mechanical Engineering
My advice is you shouldn't aim for Brigham if you don't know what you want to do or where you are. Only consider it if you have a specific goal in mind that you want to make happen at any cost. Indecisive people aren't tolerated here.
