Lots of activities that probably superseded my academics.

I had a great high school GPA and a mediocreJun 17 2012Electrical Engineering
I had a great high school GPA and a mediocre ACT score. Enrollment is getting tougher though. Work hard in high school and get the best grades possible. Many people are finding out that BYU is a great deal and the result is difficult admissions (although the people who make it in are generally very interested in working hard).
ACT: 24 Male
I'm not sure why I got inNov 07 2011Unknown
I'm not sure why I got in. I wish I wouldn't have. I had a 3.65 in high school, and a 27 on the ACT. Pretty average I think.

GET GOOD GRADES!!!! very important! do lots of extracurricular activities. I got my eagle, volunteered, played sports, did clubs, worked. You have to be a smart, dedicated, and have a plethora of experience in different activities. Don't get in trouble in high school, the church wont like that. Good luck.

Got lucky I guess, and had a fairly decentAug 12 2010PreMed and Medical
Got lucky I guess, and had a fairly decent ACT. My history score was crappy, along with English. My math and science were both over 30. When I was done and took the MCAT, things had reversed a bit and I scored t,he second highest possible on the written portion. That was, I feel, because every class made me write and write and write.
