College has done quite well for me. Without it, I would not be in the position or career presently being persued. A lot of people knock private schools for the lack of preparation in the "real world", but prepares you more because there is less stress and more guidance to tackle problems head on. The biggest benefit is learning teamwork, networking, and establishing life-long friendships.

It prepared me for graduate school, depsite people who tell you there is no chance for success outside the public domain. Reach for the stars, shoot for the moon, everything is possible…med school, dental school, law school, teachers, you name it!

My days at Oakwood were some of the greatest days of my life, days I would never second-guess or seek to replace. In fact, I would do it all again to get more out of the "Oakwood experience". Regardless of religious beliefs, it a beautiful campus, with caring teachers, and a great learning atmosphere. No place is perfect and everything has its faults, but truly it was great for me.

If anyone has any questions about their life choices or just need a mentor, I would gladly offer my services.
