OUSU is one of the cheapest places to go to school in the US. It is very small, 1400 students. Lots of rual farm and ranch kids. Rodeo is VERY VERY BIG national champs several times. They will wave out of state tution in many cases. I will put my 2 degrees up against anybodys (Agriculture Education and Agronomy)
