Faculty was experienced, devoted to students, and passionate about transferring knowledge. Courses included lots more global cuisine classes than other scools and enough baking and pastry and butchery to feel a little confident and be somewhat dangerous. I've hired a few more recent graduates and, even when they affiliated with LCB, they kept the good things that set CCA apart. They have an amazing placement department, too. If you WANT to work, I can't imagine not being able to find a good job with this education. The California Hall is beautiful and they dump money into it all the time. And there is no better place in the world to study food besides San Francisco.I'd definitely go again or reccomend it. |
