Statistical Analyzer:

ASU is a great place to go if you are journalism major. There are a lot of ways to get involved with the program. You just have to grit your teeth through Dr. Godfrey’s horrible intro class! It is only at 8:40 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Since the campus is so large there are a lot of people who come here for career fairs and it is easier to network in your desired field.

The Greek life here is pretty poor in comparison to other campuses I’ve been to. The majority of Frats and all of Sororities live in the Adelphi Commons which is a row of buildings whose inside are like shitty dorms and they don’t allow drinking. I rushed a sorority and thought that is was a complete waste of my time and money it is roughly $800 a semester to pay for parties that aren’t that great and you have to put up with some pretty catty girls. If you want to go Greek I will give you the run down. The most highly regarded sorority on campus is Theta. The rest are as follows 2) AXO, 3) Alpha Phi, 4) Delta Gamma and Pi Phi, 5) Chi Omega and Gamma Phi, 6) Delta Zeta, 7) Alpha Delta Pi.

Note to the girls- this campus is mainly female, and the guys that are here are well… either extremely good looking from spending WAY to much time on their hair, tanning, and carefully picking out an outfit or they are little fake bake trolls trying to be like the other guys. I think you will find a majority of the second. There is the occasional guy that is actually here to study but it is a rare occurrence. All in all my experience has been a lot of fun. There is a group for everyone down here because the school’s population is SO large. Since you are near a big city there is always something to do and the weather here is gorgeous!!!!
