I had an experience with a particular instructor who was very close minded and rude. When he was reported to the Dean's office—basically nothing was done about it. It was a "hush hush" type of situation. This instructor still teachers there and he is not at all educated in the field he was teaching. This was only during 1 quarter, other than that instructor, most all of the instructors are professional and knowledgeable in their field.
