Well my response to that is that you should have know that before you came. This is a Christian school. You know there is no drinking allowed on campus and there is not that much in the immediate area. However both Raleigh and Fayetteville are both less than thirty minutes away. Perhaps, if you decided to get more involved in campus activities you would not complain so much. There is usually a athletic event on campus every night, with the exception of Sunday. Student Activities is awesome always having something for the students. The professors are great as well. I was a trust major and me and my advisor became so close that we would go out to play golf together. Outside of class, I developed friendships that will last a life time. Campbell is NOT for everyone. But then again, neither is NC State or UNC or Duke. Maybe all these people with negative comments should have done their research before committing to a college. Sure the school may not be hard to get into, but if I am not wrong CU is a first generation school and it has produced both leaders in the field of Law, Pharmacy, Education, Business and even a few senators, Sec of State, just to name a few.Don't trust what these other comments say. If so many people hated this school then how come when the school decides to build a new gym that will cost $30 MILLION dollars, over $20 MILLION is given in less than a year! People both love and appreciate this school. Come to Campbell and visit the campus before you make a decision. |
