At FC I wrote constantly. It was not unusual to churn out fifty pages per week of papers and/or bluebook exams. As a partner in our firm, I see dozens of resumes and cover letters each month. The truth is that the overwhelming majority of law students and graduates do not understand basic grammar and compositon techniques. At larger schools, the opportunity to develop writing skills is limited because the professors have too many papers to grade and/or are to busy trying to get published. At FC, my professors cared about my evolution, and they cared whether or not I attended class (even when I did not). The bottom line is that I worked hard and took advantage of an opportunity to develop my mind. FC prepared me well. I attended a top twenty law school and graduated with honors. I have had great success in the law at a relatively young age. |
